Coaching

Coaching involves the inward searching for answers and MPG HR Consulting provides both one-to-one and group coaching on topics such as Career, Performance, Life, Executive, new to role and Team coaching. Psychometric questionnaires can be used in conjunction with other coaching techniques. As Coaching Psychologists techniques such as cognitive behavioural coaching, gestalt, solution focused and positive psychology techniques are incorporated into the coaching process.

One-to-One Coaching

 

Below are a number of areas which MPG HR Consulting can offer in relation to one-to-one coaching.

 

  • Executive Coaching: for top-level management to improve strategic decision-making, leadership and other issues encountered at a senior level.

  • Career Coaching: aimed at people who want to find a job, change career, or get back into the job market after a break from work. Also used internally when a person finds themselves stuck in a rut and in need of some direction.

  • Performance Coaching: focusing on strengths and improving performance. Can also be used with managers to examine how to get the best from their team. 

  • Life Coaching: deals with both personal and professional elements. Will often help a client in their work, as work is an important part of life, but their focus may not wholly be on work.

  • New to Role: as staff take on new roles they often need further support to help them adapt to changing circumstances.

Group Coaching

 

Group Coaching transfers the coaching conversation into a small group setting. It can focus on goal setting, deepening awareness around key topics and can help a team grow together developing truths about themselves. Differences in work styles and how the team work together can be explored. Benefits include peer learning with others, providing time to reflect and make insights, opening up conversations across the organisation and better understanding of others. Psychometric tools can be used to enhance the depth of understanding. Specific issues can be explored in a small group both in the same room or virtually.

 

Virtual Coaching

 

Coaching can be conducted face-to-face, on the phone or virtually via Skype. The benefits of virtual coaching means that coaching can take place at a time that suits the client and that it can be conducted around the globe.
