Ruth Mullally
(MA, Reg Psychol PsSI, A.F.PsSI, MCIPD)
Founder and Director

Ruth is well respected in the field of Organisational Psychology and Human Resources and set up MPG HR Consulting in February 2013 after a successful career working as an Organisational Psychologist within Financial Services. Ruth has worked for nearly 15 years in the development and application of best practice initiatives across the areas of assessment, selection, development, coaching, training, succession planning, organisational development, talent management and change management.

 

Her consultancy experience has seen her working at senior level in both an Irish and international context, focusing on assessment led business solutions. Giving back to the community is an important value for Ruth and she has been actively involved in a number of various voluntary groups through the years. Ruth has worked in the European Commission in Belgium and is fluent in Spanish having worked in both Spain and Peru.

 

Ruth is a Registered Psychologist and Associate Fellow with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI). She has presented and been invited to speak at international conferences. Ruth has also chaired symposia and presented at Psychological Society of Ireland conferences since 2001. She is co-founder and Chair of the Coaching Psychology Group in Ireland and is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).

David Sánchez Bonett
Central and South American Associate

David is MPG HR Consulting's Associate in Central and South America. 

 

David is an entrepreneur and Manager of "Coaching and Development Integral Cusco SAC". He is a Certified Coach by "Create Coaching" in the "Expert in Coaching" programme (ACSTH accredited by the International Coaching Federation). David is also certified as a "Master in Coaching Integral” by "Seville Coaching" and is a member of the Asociación Española ADE Coaching. He is also a rapid hypnosis expert, certified by the International Association of Clinical Hypnosis.David is a regular speaker and facilitator of the Universidad Andina de Cusco. He sees himself as a facilitator of dreams, specializing in the development of "Personal Branding" that complements his passion for Coaching with the formation of "Expert in Intervention Strategy with NLP" certified by the school of "Hypnosis 360".His goal is to improve the world, helping people to achieve their dreams and goals, by providing people with skills and resources that will improve their lives in a comprehensive manner.

Leisha McGrath
Senior Associate

Leisha is a Registered Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland and a member of their Division of Work and Organisational Psychology and Coaching groups. She is also a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society and Secretary to their Division of Occupational Psychology group in Northern Ireland. She has a Masters in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths College and a first class honours International degree from UCD and Université de Lille 3. Leisha is level A and B qualified and an accredited user of the MBTI. She is also a Hudson trained Lead Assessor. Leisha has worked for many years in internal HR Management roles, where she has championed best practice initiatives across selection, coaching and development, business planning, strategy generation and performance management. Her consultancy experience mirrors that of her in-house career, and she has worked at senior levels across both public and private sectors. Leisha has lectured at university level and has had several articles published in professional publications and national newspapers.

Carmel O'Neill
Senior Associate

Carmel holds a Diploma in Executive & Life Coaching; an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching and a postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice: Coaching & Mentoring. She has been formally coaching since 2003 with individuals and organisations.Her interest in contributing to the profession has led her to being instrumental in setting up the Coaching Psychology Group (of the Division of Work & Organisational Psychology) of which she was Chair (2008-2010). Currently she is the Coordinator of the Coaching Psychology Group’s Coaching Supervision team, the Membership committee and the Task Force team. As a coaching psychologist, Carmel is part of multi-disciplinary global network which is focused on supporting the achievement of human potential through coaching psychology’s evidence-based practices and service.Membership of Professional Bodies: The Psychological Society of Ireland, The Division of Work & Organisational Psychology, The British Psychological Society, Founder member of The British Psychological Society Special Group in Coaching Psychology, Founder Chair of the Division of Work & Organisational Psychology’s Coaching Psychology Group [2008-2010]. Invited member to the Scientific Committee of the 3rd International Congress of Coaching Psychology, Italy (February 2013 – May 2013) and a Steering Committee member of The International Congress of Coaching Psychology (2010- to present).
